Grassroots for good take part in Hackney-based Jobs Fair to promote local community football opportunities

Grassroots for Good took part in a series of Hackney-based Jobs Fair event to promote the community football jobs and opportunities. These activities which are taking place in the home of grassroots football are hoping to showcase the charities drive to promote the grassroots football revolution of social impact and grassroots sports.

The event where over 350 people attend was a great chance to share information about the growing grassroots community football sector, both on and off the pitch.

"It was great for us to talk to lots of people about the growing opportunities in the sector, and how grassroots community football/sport want to take a wider role within the community towards provide jobs and opportunities to all ages", CEO Brian Akintokun added.

G4G will look to deliver more partnership working in the coming months as we look forward to a new campaign of engagement.

Grassroots for good will start with Hackney and move to different regions to highlight the work we do with clubs, community organisations and other charities
